WE NEED YOUR VOTE!
The public is being asked to vote on their billboard of choice which will then be hosted by Lamar Outdoor Advertising and posted on a billboard in Denver!

In addition to the theatrical production "I.Am.Here.", ArtLab interns have collaborated with Metro State College’s Communication Design Department as part of the Design Ignites Change - Create! Don’t Hate ProjectCreate! Don’t Hate. is a Design Ignites Change Youth Mentoring Initiative built around the theme of tolerance. The program gives the ArtLab interns the experience to work with professional design students apart of the AIGA Denver student chapter and design professors from Metro State University.
With the real-world experience, the students are using design-thinking to communicate their ideas, exhibit their potential, and take action in their communities. Students are visually representing their ideas in the form of billboards.  They have worked with the AIGA student chapter for 8-weeks, culminating with the exhibition of six billboards addressing issues of the students’ choice.  Students have gained a foundational knowledge of Adobe™ products and applied this knowledge to the creation of the billboard project.  Each student has been mentored professionally and personally by a Metro State College student.
