Youth Initiative Workshop Judy
Anderson worked with youth from Colorado I Have a Dream
Foundation and RiverReach Youth Initiative to create
photographic accordian-fold books that interpreted the
South Platte River. After rafting down the river, the
youth interpreted their experience through a series
of abstract photographs that were bound into one-of-a-kind
artist books. The work was exhibited at PlatteFourm
with the exhibition “Moving
Water: Meditations and Investigations” by
artists Debra Goldman and Tory Read in July and August,
2003.
